Eligibility

OpenHospi is available to students of Dutch educational institutions with institutional SSO verification.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials or attempt to impersonate others.

Acceptable use

You agree to use OpenHospi only for finding or offering student housing. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, and spam are prohibited.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you post (profile text, photos, messages). By posting, you grant OpenHospi a license to display this content on the platform.

Liability

OpenHospi is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the behavior of other users, or any transactions made outside the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
